Can I (we) afford a private safari? If so, what are my options and how do I go about arranging it?

Truly, private safaris are more expensive than group tours. However, if you avoid the peak season months of June, July, August, December and February when accommodation is at a premium, Africat will be able to put together an exclusive itinerary for your dream safari at a price which you can afford.

Anyone can book a private safari; individuals, families, honeymoon couples, special-interest groups, etc.

It is advisable to call us at least six months in advance so that our safari professionals in New York and our native Africats in Tanzania can work with you to create a safari which will surpass all your expectations.
