AFRICAT’s safari vehicles are 4WD Land Cruisers with both open tops and roof hatches for optimum game viewing and photography. Each client is guaranteed a window seat and there is plenty of leg room and luggage space.

As well as the usual tools, equipment and spare parts, each of our safari vehicles carries a cooler box, first-aid kit and useful guidebooks for quick reference in the field.

Our safari driver/guides are chosen for their knowledge, experience and safe driving skills in the bush. They know how to approach animals indirectly, thus getting you into the best possible position for that special image.

They understand that time, patience and a modicum of stillness within the vehicle are required when seeking shy and wary wildlife.
